Your Role
As a Python Developer, you will:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems in Python
Build and optimise APIs and microservices
Work with energy data (real-time and historical) to create high-performance applications
Collaborate with energy specialists
Contribute to system architecture and technical decisions
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to frontend development in React
️ Your Profile
Strong experience with
Python
(Django, FastAPI, or similar frameworks are a plus)
Experience with REST APIs and backend development
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
Familiarity with Docker and AWS is an advantage
Experience working with React or any other typescript frontend framework is a plus
Understanding of data processing and performance optimisation
You are comfortable working onsite in West Flanders
